Evaluation of different doses of efficient microorganisms in dwarf fruit banana vitroplants under field conditions
Main Article Content
Abstract
In vitro propagation constitutes an alternative to produce healthy banana (Musa sp) seeds; however, it is necessary to improve the adaptation process of in vitro plants to ex vitro conditions. With the aim of evaluating the effect of beneficial microorganisms on planta in vitro plants under field conditions. The results showed that when different doses of microorganisms were applied, it was possible to see that the vitroplants in general had a positive response regarding the dosage of (ME) in the different parameters evaluated (plant height, diameter and emission of offspring). being treatment 3 the one with the best response in terms of plant height followed by treatment 2 with respect to the parameter emission of offspring, there being a significant difference between the rest of the treatments, but the behavior was not similar for the parameter stem thickness for both treatments.
