Abstract
It is well known by all of us, that one of the most important and vital elements of the terrestrial environment is the atmosphere. In this work, the consequences that the emission of polluting substances, could cause, are exposed. That is why the atmospheric contamination does not know distance, borders or eras; so we may realize its negative effects, even before we should be able to protect ourselves against them. Also, it is explained the role and the importance that Law plays in the confrontation of this reality.
