Strategy to strengthen environmental education and management of teachers of education, oriented sustainable development of the Municipality Majibacoa

Abstract
The current environmental problems at all levels, depends largely on the actions of human beings in different ecosystems. The protection and improvement of the environment of the Majibacoa Municipality, requires more contribution of school, family and community but this contribution is limited by shortcomings of environmental education and management of them, as evidenced in this research. In order to contribute to the solution of the contradiction posed by the use of various methods, techniques and research instruments, an analysis of the theoretical and methodological development of environmental education foundations are made, the environmental characterization of the municipality took place Majibacoa, which it helped to confirm the existence of a clear environmental degradation and inadequacies of education and environmental management of the sample in this territory. Based on those results through strategic planning and a strategy it was designed to promote education and environmental management education teachers, focused on sustainable development in the municipality Majibacoa, which is a practical and useful tool for all teachers involved in the processes of education and development of the territory, based on clearly structured framed goals, promoting a greater contribution thereof to improving environmental situation and sustainable development. Getting achievements in mainstreaming environmental work in every education and treatment in developing and teaching classes and extracurricular activities.
