Good practices of cleaner production in a printing

Abstract
It was contributed to the improvement of the efficiency of a lagoon of oxidation, with the application of Good Practices of Cleaner Production, in the printings. Which are enunciated in the report after being identified the different generating processes of residual liquids, to be characterized the residual of each process and to be described the elements that generate them. With the introduction of the practices of cleaner production in the processes of the entity, it improves the compatibility of their residual ones with the communal treatment of the lagoon of existent oxidation, since these they are guided to the decrease of the volume and load of their components, such as: substances reducers, deposited solids, fatty and oils and recovery of valuable components. Although in few cases it requires of some investment, alone for concept of saving of inputs (reagents and it dilutes) it can be saved about 1100.00 annual pesos. The actions can be generalized to other printings and in the case; for example, of the precipitation of the silver it can extend to other laboratories of having revealed of photographic and even of having revealed of badges of RX. The corporate commitment of improvement and continuous acting of the Environmental Administration of the entity is reached with the elaboration and execution of a program of installation of the actions.
